Is it possible to prevent the status of the parent issue from being done when the status of all child issues is not done?

Hi @koutarou ishibashi ,

You can refer to the guide Here to restrict Parent issue from closing if the subtasks are unresolved.

Hi @koutarou ishibashi,

In compqny managed projects, if your parent issue is at story level and the child issues are sub-taks: yes. There is a sub-tasks blocking condition  that you can add to the transition, which allows you to specify the statuses your subtasks should be in before allowing the transition.

For higher levels in the hierarchy (epics or above if you are on a premium plan), such a condition is not available. You could consider reversing the logic there and using automation to update the parent issue's status when all child issues are complete.

Hope this helps!
