You will need to upgrade your server to the latest version of Jira.  Then you will be able to export everything and import it into a Cloud system.

@Venkata Raghavendra Veerla  There is cloud migration assistant available for Jira but it doesn't work on Jira version below 7.6.0.

So as first step you need to upgrade you Jira, to at-least 7.6.0 and then only you will be able to migrate.

Hello DPK,

Thanks much for response and support

I have a problem .. we have built in features included in jira server and the server licence is going to expire on 11 july 2020.
Is there any chance to migrate this project schemes and user and issues and attachments from server to cloud.

If you use Migration Assistant everything (except external application/addon data with will be migrated).

But first upgrade your Jira to 7.6.0+.
