Hi @d_sukhinina , you mention “customer” here. To be clear if you wish to share a filter with someone they must be a licensed user in Jira. Assuming this customer is then follow Meghna’s instructions and use the Share icon to send the filter results to the user or copy the link and paste into an email.

Try this
Select >"Issues">"Manage Filters">then edit your filter, you should have the list of groups to add to the shares.
