Hi, @Serge Dastings

If you want to avoid a big amount of different apps, documents and tables on your GoogleDrive or Dropbox or just want to digitize your notes so everyone could have access, try HR: Employee User Profile.

It’s a new product developed by my company. Using it you can:

  • Create Employee Cards manually for every team member or add them with AutoImport button
  • Choose ready-made template or edit cards with your own ideas - add custom sections and fields
  • Manage access for group of people or each employee to every card section

One of the main advantages is that you don’t need to switch between your Jira project and your docs - now, it can be collected in one place.

Try it now for free with 30-day trial

Hi Serge, welcome to the community.

So Jira isn’t an employee database first and foremost. Jira does allow for user profiles for any individual that has a Jira account. I’m unclear what you mean by avoid switching between tables documents and accesses.
