I want to track pages for review, but don't want it to display to all users

I am looking for a way to track pages that need reviewed at specific times and by specific people.  I don't want this to display to the general users because it should be "behind the scenes" information and not something they need to be reading.  How can I do this?  I tried a task, but saw that this then displays on the page (which I don't want).  Basically want all pages displayed to users, but behind the scenes want the administrator to be able to manage dates for the content to be reviewed and who they want the review assigned to.

Could you provide more specific information? Are you trying to hide certain tickets from certain users, or hide certain data on tickets?

Don't want to hide any of the content displayed from the users.  But I don't want users to have to see the management of the review dates and assignees for each of the pages/documents the users view.  Want this more behind the scene as it has nothing to to do with content (and is instead my internal management of ensuring each item displayed is reviewed by specific people on a set schedule to ensure nothings is out of date).
