I was facing a problem with watchers .i was not able to search the watchers in the jira issues.i was an watcher for many tickets but if i type my name i was not able to find any ticket in the serach for issues i mean in JQL. any one please help me out in this issue
In the screenshot you show a basic search but you mention JQL, are you trying to do a JQL search, or are you saying when you select "Current User" as seen above, there are no results?

It should work...maybe try clicking on advanced and make sure the JQL doesn't have any other filters involved. Try finding an issue that you are a watcher on and make the watcher account matches your current account (maybe you are logged in as an admin account). Does it work if you select other people?

Then I have no idea. Maybe you have a plugin that modifies how the watcher field works.
