You can now raise a support request with Atlassian and they can change it for you.

Unfortunately you can't do that, your best option is to follow what Nic said here in this older post.

Basically you need to create a backup of your current instance and buy the new instance using the new sub-domain, so you can restore your data in the new cloud instance.
