I would like to integrate zephyr with on demand JIRA

Hi,

I have existing jira and zephyr installation and i would like to move JIRA to ondemand model and integrate my exisiting zephyr with the new ondemand jira,

can i do that? and how? how to i open zephyr ui?

Hi Naama,

What you are seeing is not an error. What this means is that your JIRA instance is available to integrate with. Below is documentation on how to integrate Zephyr Enterprise/Community Edition with JIRA OnDemand:

Also what version of Zephyr Community Edition are you using? Are you using 4.5_6967 or 4.5_7195?

Can you please let me know if i can use the zephy plugin that i have at the moment (that is integrated with JIRA Installation) or do i need to install a new producut? and i do need to isntall a new product can u pls let me know which one?

Hi Naama,

If you are talking about our Zephyr for JIRA product, this product is not compatible with JIRA OnDemand. If you are using OnDemand than you will not be able to use Zephyr for JIRA.

However we offer two other products that are compatible with JIRA OnDemand. Zephyr Community Edition and Zephyr Enterprise Edition. You can read about them here:

If this does not answer your quesiton please be more specific as to which of our products you are currently using and what version of JIRA you are running.

Hi Naama,

JIRA OnDemand already comes with the Zephyr connector plugin so you should be able to use it following this page.

I saw this page already, i have enabled the plugin my problem is to set the integration from zephyr side,

i have zephyr installed and integrated with JIRA Installation (which i would like to move to ondemand) tried to open zephy admin as the document pointing " http://<your_jira_server>/rpc/soap/jirasoapservice-v2" but i get error on the page

Can you please advise what shoud i do?
