I would like to link all the issue of a project to a specific issue in another project

I have created 2 projects: 

One for managers with its own workflow (that has a dev status) 

second for developpers with a second workflow in order to give managers the possibility to manger the app dev

how can i link the two projects and give the possibility to managers to have the view of the developement teams from there own workflow (in the status dev)

i would appreciate any quick help, i'm blocked for days

Hi @Achraf MECHTA 

If you want link issue of one project to another project then you need a link issue project permission in both project
