IAM Authentication for Atlassian cloud

Hi expert, we are panning to migrate our  Jira servers to Atlassian cloud, want to know

1-how user Authentication for Login to our existing user will work and  manage with cloud  after migration, as we are using WAM authentication solutions for one server and Azure AD authentication for 2nd server to login user,  

2- How our data and User information will store  and secure by Atlassian cloud? or we need to do/we can do  additional security for data in cloud
