IN Greenhopper I can't rank my issues using drag and drop in the Planning view anyone know why?

The planning view will not allow me to drag and rank my issues. The user has every permission available. Any one know why this wouldn't work for me?

Unless the current view/filter is already set to sort by Rank, it doesn't let you. Makes sense I guess although it's not very intuitive. Try clicking the "on the fly" thing and sorting by Rank.

Thank you. Yep that is what did it. I changed it to 'On the Fly' and it allowed me to sort. It looks like you have to have a context that has the 'Rank' field set as the field to sort on.
