IQL: Comparing with value from non-insight custom field

Hello!

I need some help with IQL.

I have an object type that has all same names as request types (from Service Desk).
So Customer Request Type (standart custom field) is customfield_10001, and I want to work with objects from Insight that have the same name (absolutely, copied from the same place).

It works when I paste string value in Name="(here is request type)", but not when I try to get it from custom field. 

Also doesnt work with "customfield_10001.label" or without name/label.

Am I wrong with syntax, there is something with Request Type field (cause it kinda special) or this is not possible?

Hi! I didn't solve this problem and created a terrible solution with hard-coded namings :(
