IS scrum master also update his/her task in jIRA ?

JIRA is only a track for dev team or as well as fro scrum master

Hi Radha,

You can track Scrum Master or other non-development tasks in Jira, I suggest setting up a sprint board for the development work and a kanban board for the rest. That way only the dev work is managed in sprints.

You'll want to create a Scrum Board for the project; go to Boards, Create Board, and select Scrum Board. You may have to change your project type to "Software" first though. (Project, Settings, Project Details, Project Type = Software.)
