Hello i need help with my board

i have create inside to my project a kanban board 

and i have some statuses like new , open etc. 

I customize it in the board set up but when i go back to the board i doent see my changes

Are you working with Jira Cloud or self-hosted Jira Server/Data Center?

Can you provide screen images of the changes you have made, and of the screen you see that doesn't show the changes?

Under Board Settings > General, what do you see for Filter Query?

Do you have anything listed farther down on the page under Kanban Board Sub-filter?

Are all the statuses that show in the Columns page available in the workflow for the Issue Type for the issue you are moving?

Based on the URL shown in your screen images, I believe you are using a self-hosted Jira Server/Data Center instance. At the bottom of some screens in such a system you will see version number information for the version of the Jira software. What is that version number?

Quick Filters is not the correct screen.

Please go to the General page of your Board Settings

On that page scroll down to find the Filter Query and Kanban Board Sub-filter settings

Also, are all the statuses that show in the Columns page available in the workflow for the Issue Type for the issue you are moving?
