As a Jira Admin, is there a way to easily find all the places where a user is referenced? We had an employee leave the firm and we would like to remove all references to where the user was listed: project roles, Project Lead, groups, etc. Right now we are just going project by project, accessing the 'Users and roles' menu, and removing them.
Ideally, we would like to find all the instances where they were listed and remove them at once. We'd prefer to do this using the native UI rather than running a query on the DB or having to obtain an app. We are using Jira Data Center 8.4. Thanks!
Update: We ended up using Configuration Manager's Integrity Check feature to identify and resolve inactive users. Kudos to Botron Software, we love this app!
Happy to hear that @Brian Mertens!

Hi Brian,
Is there any script to remove the inactive users from the Watchers list.
