If Epic Status is "Accepeted"/"Rejeceted", disable adding stories ("+") feature from Epic Screen.

Hi Team

If Epic Status is "Accepted"/"Rejected", how to disable adding stories ("+") feature from Epic Screen. So that user will not be able to link stories with a closed EPIC. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
