If I have administer project permission in company-managed project can edit workflow, add workflow, add screen, edit screen
or what can I have with that permission
If you are a project admin, then you can edit the workflows of your project ONLY and ONLY if your workflows are simplified workflows (meaning all statuses have the global transition on). If not, then you can't edit the workflows.
@Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ The doc you are referring to is for the jira server. And on cloud there isn't a thing such as "extended project administration".
Hi @Gupta Vishal ,
as project admin, you can edit just workflow/screen if you have extended permission in the permission scheme and workflow is not shared with other projects.
Take a look here for further information https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver087/managing-project-permissions-998871877.html
Administer projects |
Permission to administer a project in Jira. This includes the ability to edit project role membership, project components, project versions, and some project details ('Project Name', 'URL', 'Project Lead', 'Project Description'). |
Extended project administration |
Gives the project administrator the ability to edit workflows and screens under certain conditions. |
Hope this helps, Fabio
