Let's say I have the following 4 instances as part of my organization:

Jira A

Jira B

Confluence A

Confluence B

Is it possible to have "Jira A" and "Confluence A" be hosted in North America while "Jira B" and "Confluence B" are hosted in Europe?

That is, I want all of the data for "Jira A" and "Confluence A" to stay in North America and all the data for "Jira B" and "Confluence B" to stay in Europe.

Thanks!

Hi Sebastian - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes, if these are different instances in your Organization you should be able to do that. I know that you can have a Sandbox in a different location than the production instance.

Hello @Sebastian Geraldo

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Adding to this...

What you are talking about is Data Residency. Review the documentation to ensure you understand what is in scope and out of scope.

https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/understand-data-residency/

Also note that if you have third party apps on your instances, the ability to apply Data Residency to all of them is not guaranteed. You will need to review the Privacy & Security information for each app to see if data residency is applicable to the data they store and whether or not the support the regions where you want to pin your data.
