If I lose date when change a screen schemes?

I want to change a screen schemes in Jira Project. The schemes are diffrent - some of their fields are different. When I change it, if it is possible that for example the description that was previously written will disappear and will not be moved?

Hi @Paulina Mijal 

The Data is stored in Custom field and not the screen or screen schemes, you can change Screen schemes and it will not affect in any way on data you have stored.
