if I import 3600 in then JIRA create issue with time as 1h

if i import by 7200 then JIRA create issue with time as 2h

but for 50m if i import with 3000 it gives zero,

Please check for importing time in JIRA for less then 1 hour.

Hello Mitali,

Welcome to Atlassian community!

Indeed, the behavior you mentioned while importing Time Tracking fields is a known bug in JIRA Application which can be replicated when you use the option of the Issue view (Issues -> Import Issues from CSV):

Time Tracking Fields not imported correctly by Issues --> Import from CSV

In fact, the bug causes any fraction of hour to be ignored when importing. So, if you import 3h and 30min, the ticket will be registered only with 3h.

However, if you use the option under JIRA Settings -> System -> External System Import, the Time tracking is imported correctly. Can you please check if this option works for you?

P.S: You must be a site Administrator to access the mentioned option.

Additionally, feel free to vote and watch the bug to receive notifications about its fix implementation or new possible workarounds.

Let me know if this information helps.
