If i reuse my story from "Previous Sprint"...My time tracking field should start from "Zero" too

I have created a sprint 1..Estimated 5 hrs..and burnt 3 hrs...

Then i am pushing the same story to next sprint...Can my Time tracking field can start from "Zero"...

Asking this because..Time tracking's estimates....is prelogged when i push to next sprint too..

Need your help on this

Thank you for reaching out.

It is the expected behavior to keep the Time tracking field of the issue even after the current Sprint is closed.

Currently, you are able to manually delete work logs and set the Original/Remaining Estimate to 0h, however, there is no way to bulk delete work logs.

In fact, we think that the bulk edit of Time Tracking would be useful functionality, so we created a feature request to get it implemented:

Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.

As a workaround, you can bulk edit issues using the JIRA REST API.
