If restricted log hours in defined status, could I change informational text?

Hi!

Can I change the informational text in JIRA?

I restricted to log hours in all the statuses exept "In rpgress".

When user try to log work in any status besides "In progress" I want inform him, that it's possible just in status "In progress".

Do i have this opportunity in JIRA Cloud?

I'm afraid that would need code change, which you can't do on Cloud.
