If the assigned user is not processing the ticket, return ticket to the user who has assigned

Hi all

I have assigned ticket to one user in JIRA. If the user is not processing the ticket for 1 week then the ticket should return to me ..I should be the assignee again after 1 week. 

Is that possible in JIRA ?
