If you have Jira Software Cloud do you need a separate paid Jira Work Management subscription?

In the past, I understood that JWM was simply re-brand of Jira Core, which was a part of Jira Software.

I am not so sure anymore, and it would be helpful to have a clear understanding of how this works, especially for billing and for server to cloud migrations.

JWM is still part of JSW, no changes has been made to the billing. Please see this question as well.
