Illustrating Software Delivery Metrics

We've recently been asked to do some work on measuring when a ticket was created, 'done' and released.

I've created custom fields using ScriptRunner to measure duration between 'created and done', and 'done and released'. I'm wondering what the best way to illustrate this is.

I can just show the figures on a JIRA query, but that doesn't look great. Can anyone recommend a dashboard widget ( ideally not using an 'add on' ) that would display it better?
