Testing on my local site using the same Chrome and Mac OS version, I wasn't able to replicate the issue.

Is it happening with those specific attachments?

Can you please open the developer tools on your browser and check the console tab to see if it shows any other error?

Is it happening to other users?

Is it happening if you try to upload an image on another ticket from another project?

This issue has been fixed.
