Images in panels break the panel in two.
In our project, we use panels to specify the steps and results of a bug/improvement/etc., and we put the evidence inside the panels.
With this new jira interface, the image seems to break the panel in two:
How do I insert the image inside the panel? This is possible in the old issue view.
