Import Issues from Jira Software to BigPicture properly

Hey guys,

I'm using BigPicture plugin to manage our tasks easier, but when I import issues into a program in BigPicture from my Jira Project, they appear all scrambled out.

How would I import them so that the subtasks are nested under their respective tasks and so that they're linked already without me having to do it manually each time?

In your NBC Marketing program, go to Configuration then Synchronization, then scroll down to Task Hierarchy, and move 'Synchronize Subtasks' from the Available pane to the Selected pane.   Click Save and Sync. Then , just to be sure, go back to your Gantt and hit 'R R' to refresh it again.
