Import Task from Microsoft Project tasks to BigPicture is failing

Hello,

I'm trying to import a project with tasks from  Microsoft Project to BigPicture but after filling all the fields and select the file(.mpp) JIRA is giving an error and from the logs, I can see below error.

I strongly recommend that you check if your BigTemplate version is compatible with your BigPicture version. You can check the versions installed in your instance in the 'Manage Apps' section of Jira administration. The table containing the compatible versions is available on this wiki page. 

If you find, though, that both plugins should work well together, please raise a support ticket via our Service Desk

do othe ms project files work?

if not, you should open a vendor ticket since you bought the app.
