Import XML Workflow in Jira

First, i exported an workflow because i needed to change transitions id for API calls, after that, i wanted to uploads my changes, but i can't upload my xml file.  I tried to create a marketplace account and upload jwb but it needs to be public and i need to wait for Jira aproval, it is a waste of my time, because if i need to make a change in my workflow, i need to wait again? someone knows a solution? Thank you
