Import Zephyr squad test cases to Zephyr scale

We have just installed Zephyr scale.  We have been using Zephyr Squad, we would like to import all old test cases from Zephyr Squad to Zephyr scale. I can import  them by csv file but it is lots of work.  Is there any other easy way we can import but csv file?

Note: I can also import test cases from Zephyr scale project to Zephyr scale project not the old Test cases .
