Import attachments from Jira Cloud to Jira DataCenter (CSV file with token)

Hi, I exported issues with attachments as CSV and I need to import them:

- FROM Jira Cloud instance
- TO another Jira DataCenter instance

Referring to your article, I've done the following:

1 - Exported the issues from Jira Cloud as CSV (all fields)

2 - Created a Token with my Jira Cloud account here:
https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens

3 - Edited a CSV file attachment string this way:
https://myname.mysurname.external%40domain.com:TOKENCODE@jira-cloudinstance.atlassian.net/secure/attachment/10206/NAME_of_attachment.pdf

If I open an Incognito mode browser page and I try the link above, it redirects me to login page instead of downloading the file. What I'm doing wrong??
