Hey,
After importing my tickets using CSV, i want to import my attachments, I can't use the CSV importer because they are not in HTTP protocol.
Is it still possible to import those attachments ? I've tried to use Restore system -> Import attachments but it didn't work.
My attachment are using the following format in a zip file :
PRO
PRO1
Attachment1
Attachment2
PRO2
Attachment1

The documentation says that import also supports the file:// protocol:

I'm using server 7.11, but I assume that the process (which the above is for server 6.1) still works.
