Hi, I've been trying to import several assets to Insight using a CSV file.

The assets should have an attachment (pdf-document) attached to it so I've created an "Attachment" column with an URL to a local webserver containing the files.

However Insight appears to do nothing with this field.

Any suggestions on how to accomplish this.

Hi Desmond,

The CSV importer that ships with Insight does not support adding attachments from a column in the file.

If the attachment is found on a webserver there is a possibility to create a URL attribute and let the import populate that field with the link to the document.

Here is a feature request to add that specific feature https://jira.riada.se/browse/ICS-301

Cheers
