I'm looking to have a custom context field value called 'Teams' which would be comprised of all the teams in my organization that I could surface on each JIRA ticket.
There's probably ~20 teams that I'd have to import for 5 different issue types. This means that I would have to manually add all 20 of those teams into a custom drop-down attribute called 'Teams' * 5 different issue types = 100 copy/pastes on my end, which is highly laborious.
Is there a way to import these values into a custom context field?

Can't really follow your problem..
You can have a custom single select (dropdown) field populated with the values of these 20 teams. So far so good.
This field can be places to all the screens (create, edit and view) of these 5 different issue types, if these issue types use different screen schemes.
If these issue types use the same screen scheme, all it takes is for you to add this field to the desirable screens.
