Import defects/bugs to JIRA through CSV file without admin previlige

Hi,

We have a customer ticket management tool. But our company uses JIRA for defect management. We want to import the tickets to our JIRA into some particular project. I read that we need JIRA admin privileges for performing CSV import. I am definitely not getting admin privilege .. Is there any other way this can be done ??? Kindly help...

Hi @praga indrakumar 

I guess you can use CSV importer with project Admin permission. Jira admin is something on higher hierarchy.

Ask for project Admin permission. This should be acceptable. But without any permission, you can't use importer.
