Import from Kayako Fusion

I tried to import from csv from Kayako Fusion. It seems the big problem with the import was that in the Description field Kayako puts in html for the value and it was unreadable in Jira. I would really like a Kayako import if possible. Is there anything that I can do to make the import better? Also it seems replies are just in the same field as the description so they all end up being duplicate tickets but are really just replies to an existing ticket.
