Import issues from HTML exported dumps

Is it possible to import the old issues already exported from Jira software as HTML format into the new Jira project?

You need to convert html into csv file.

Any converter or plugin to do so is available or we should develop our own ?

I am not aware of any converter. You can always download a csv file from Jira, which include Jira issues.

I convert html files in my mac by copying the contents of an html file and pasting the copied content into the csv editor.
