Import newly Created Epics to Advanced Roadmap

Hi,

Im pretty new to advanced roadmaps, but i have created a Plan and pulled in 3 Projects that belong to 3 different pods in our organisation. 

When creating the Adv. Roadmap i pulled in all the EPICs within the Projects and was happy with everything.

New EPICs are being created within the Projects (not created from the roadmap itself) - and i figured i would be able to refresh the plan and pull in the new items.  

Seems this isnt the case and i cannot 'refresh' the plan to update and include the new EPICs

Am i missing something obvious here or is this not possible ?

Please ignore my own question! all about EPIC status!! Solved.
