Import of CSV firle for new ticket is not showing the SLA for Status

Hi all

 

I had a csv data set I am importing for new tickets.

My starting status  ="Submitted" which is in the data set

 

After importing the SLA is not showing and I cannot see all the Workflow Options I would normally see.

If I create a new ticket directly with the same data it works fine.

Only from an Import. Am i missing a mandatory field in the import or something in the setup ?
