Import only one project from backup

[Tech Support]

We have a stand alone version of JIRA but we are thinking about switching to OnDemand. We have a 10-users license for JIRA On Demand and would like to import only 1 Project for testing purposes.

We have export a Jira xml file from our stand alone version, copied to the webdav directory and imported into our Jira on demand version, but all the projects are imported and we only need to import 1, how can we do that?
