Import project configuration (errors starting)

Good afternoon!
After I start importing the project using the plugin (project Configurator for Jira).
It freezes at startup,  you can tell what to watch and why this is possible.

Can you tell me if jira versions should be the same?

What magazine should I look at, can you tell me? there are a lot of them.
I looked at the atlassian-jira.log * there are no errors
