Hello,

I am trying to import some Epic / Story/ Sub-tasks into my JIRA project. I have sort it out with the proper date and hour format, but I have the following issue:

- there are no available fields in JIRA to map anything related to dates (start , end ) or anything related to hours (original estimate),

- I only have available this sections : Custom fields, Jira fields and Links & Subtasks fields

- from what I have read on the community, the date and hour fields should be under "Isuse fields" in the mapping, but I don't have any of those available,

Question is : how can I make available all the JIRA fileds for mapping, for my CSV import?

Thanks!

Hi @Otilia Amarandei, you need Jira admin permission to import it via the External System Import under the Configuration > Settings admin option. Have a look at Import data from a CSV file. You will find additional capabilities such as importing multiple projects, and fields.
