Importing CSV file, I cannot select a project to import issues to

I am the administrator and logged in Administrator. It shows SON Desktop Rollout Project on left side of screen, but on main part of screen where it is asking me what project to import the CSV file into, there is nothing in the drop down box for me to select.

Please advise ASAP!
