Importing CSV into an existing Jira project doesn't work

I've specified the CSV file, selected a project to import into. I'm stuck at the screen titled Map fields. The Next button just will not get enabled.

Any ideas?

Yes, the CSV file conforms to the requirements mentioned at the page you provided.

Here are the screenshots. As you can see the Next button is just not enabled.

You did not map a field from the csv file to the summary Jira field. You must have this mapping.
