Importing Excel In JIRA Cloud

I want to import my issues that I have on a spreadsheet into JIRA! So I have went to Jira Settings -> System -> External System Import I select CSV and upload my spreadsheet but when I get to the next page to select the project I need it to go to I have no projects listed in the dropdown and if I type the project name I get no project  found 😩 Please help
