I am trying to import several test cases to Jira in Zephyr Squad and off late, only few of the test cases are actually getting imported. In a set of 10 test cases, only 6 of them are imported in the first attempt, and i have to do it again to import the remaining ones

Hi @Rono Thomas

I assume when this happens you create a copy of the file, remove the rows that have imported , and then import the remaining files.  The fact that the second file imports without issue seems to indicate that something is not right with the 6th or 7th record in your first import file.  I would take a close look at those two rows and see if there is anything different/odd that isn't in the other rows - I'm guessing the end of the 6th row or beginning of the 7th row?

I would try importing just those two rows (6 & 7) and see if it still only imports row 6.  You could also try checking the file through an online CSV parser to check if the structure/content is correct and see if anything is reported there.

Hi @Rono Thomas

If you are facing issue with Zephyr in terms importing test cases, you can check with Zephyr support team regarding this issue as it's a vendor supported app.
