Importing Using CSV

Alphonsa Joseph March 18, 2019

Hi Team,

I am trying to import work log of users using CSV import.

The scenario is I am having sub task (eg.TSK1) in which i have imported the work log of user(xyz) using CSV on day1.

The next day i am trying to do the import of day 2 work log of the same user(xyz) on the same task (TSK1).

My issue is after import, the logs are not coming as two separate rows, instead the values are getting updated.

Can anyone guide me on this.

Hello Alphonsa,

Hope you're having a nice day.

I understand that your currently worklog are been replaced when you try to import a new one using CSV import functionality, Is that correct?

Please, try import your worklogs together with the author and the time you want it to be registered in seconds, like in the format below:

Log Work
comment(not needed);12/Mar/19 7:07 PM;user;300

Could you please provide us the format you are using right now?

For more information about the format above, you can check the section Importing worklog entries of the documentation below:

Importing data from CSV
