Importing data is resulting in users being created with noreply@email.com

I have jira users that are importing data and it is resulting in creating New Users with their user name as FirstNameLAstName with email as Noreply@email.com even though those users exist in the system as FirstIntialLastName@domain.com

IE.

Jennifer Doerre  jdoerre JDoerre@Healthgrades.com

Jennifer Doerre jenniferdoerre noreply@email.com

So what is your question? have to create a profile name lastname first name initial and middle ititial. e.g. jennifer Doorre would be DoerreJe 

Jane M smith would be SmithJM  

before importing it into JIRA. If the users in the csv have profile names already in your JIRA instance then they have to be matched up.

This is from over 4 years ago so no clue what I was even doing then.
