Has anyone here left Agile Accelerator (Salesforce) to use Jira? If so what method did you use to import your old data to Jira and was it successful? Any pitfalls? Words of wisdom?

Hi Kristen, while I don't have a specific answer for this, Jira does provide a way to import generic data e.g. through CSV - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/migrating-from-other-issue-trackers-884344525.html. If you are able to export your Work or Backlog items to CSV, this might be a good option.

Furthermore, if you need to associate your Jira issues with your Salesforce records, there are connectors available to do the job (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=salesforce), and some Atlassian Solution Partners (https://www.atlassian.com/partners/) even provide migration services.
